Meet Your Goals
When I am in present, in the moment with me, tuning into my being and my body, relaxed and prepared, I am established in presence for all the encounters, conversations and events that follow for the rest of the day; the day is set with this intention.
Once I have spent a quiet moment being present with myself, tuning into the needs of my body then, I move into the “doing” part of my day, which includes, eating, conversations, business activities and so on.
Everyday is different. Flexibility is important because the needs can change, day to day, with what the body requires to feel better, more in ease and even nutritionally. Presence is key to feeling good in the body.
